Live Animal Picture Days!
After working for a reptile-focused animation competitor, I noticed that many local animation companies treat animals as mere props rather than living beings. Their services also often come with exorbitant and unsustainable prices. That’s why, as your animator, I am committed to providing affordable, meaningful, and certified ethical and safe animal experiences. As part of our animal days, we include a fun photo booth and a personalized, edited photo card for each child! Enhance your regular program with these optional add-ons, included completely FREE with your contract. Our Live Animal Days come with a double-your-money-back guarantee for any accident or mess for absolute peace of mind—covering even the smallest incidents! With over 10 years of experience, we ensure a perfect balance of fun and safety that you can truly rely on.

Superior Animal Care
At Curious Critters, we take pride in providing exceptional animal care.
Caring for animals is not just a profession—it's a passion that drives everything we do. I am deeply committed to ensuring the ethical and responsible treatment of animals across all fields. By advocating for proper certification standards, we strive to build a community of professionals who uphold transparency and proper certifications in how animals are housed, cared for, and utilized.
Unfortunately, many modern animal programs face challenges similar to those in industrial farming—treating animals as mere commodities. This often leads to harmful cost-cutting measures, such as cramped enclosures, lack of enrichment, and inadequate veterinary care. At Curious Critters, we are committed to breaking this mold through superior practices that prioritize the well-being of our animals with full transparency
To reinforce our dedication to transparency, we offer organizers who sign up a 24/7 live video feed of our reptile room, allowing you to witness firsthand the level of care we provide. Our commitment has been recognized by our trusted reptile veterinarian and backed by two RLAT-level certifications with CALAS, as well as accreditation from McGill Laboratories, the CCAC, and CFIA.

About your Animator & Founder Michelle
It all started with a simple idea driven by a deep passion—to help my good friend struggling to find and plan cultural events and activities on an even tighter budget. As a West Island local and the owner of both an art studio and a temperature-controlled reptile habitat in my home, I’ve been able to extend these unique services to a select number of local academic and childcare facilities. With extensive experience in animation, event hosting, teaching, caretaking, graphic design, photobooth services, live animal experiences, and party planning, I bring creativity and versatility to every project I take on! My certifications and experiences include, but are not limited to:
